If you are not fully satisfied, we offer a 7-day return policy under the conditions below.


1. 7-Day Return Window

You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your item.

To be eligible:

  • Item must be unused, unworn, and in original condition
  • Must include original packaging, tags, and accessories
  • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required

⚠️ Returns requested after 7 days will not be accepted.


2. How to Start a Return

To initiate a return:

Once approved:

  • We will provide return instructions
  • A return shipping label may be provided if applicable

⚠️ Items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Please inspect your order upon arrival.

If you receive:

  • A damaged item
  • A defective product
  • The wrong item

Contact us immediately with photos or video.

4. Exchanges

For faster service, we recommend:

  • Return the original item

5. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • If approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method

  • Bank posting time: 7–15 business days

6. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Used or damaged items (not caused by us)
  • Items without original packaging
  • Final sale or clearance items

7. Custom Products (Important)

Customized items include:

  • Arrow shaft cutting
  • Feather (fletching) replacement
  • Arrowhead customization

Service Fee: $7 per dozen (12 arrows)

⚠️ Please note:

  • Custom products are non-returnable and non-refundable
  • Exceptions only apply for quality issues or errors caused by us

8. Order Cancellation

  • Before shipment: Orders can be canceled (processing fee may apply)
  • After shipment: Orders cannot be canceled

If cancellation is requested after shipping:

  • We may attempt to intercept the shipment
  • If unsuccessful, shipping costs will be borne by the customer

9. Customs Duties & Refused Shipments

For international orders:

  • Customers are responsible for any customs duties and import taxes

If a package is:

  • Refused due to unpaid duties, or
  • Rejected upon delivery

Any resulting:

  • Return shipping
  • Storage fees
  • Product loss or destruction

may be deducted from the refund or charged to the customer.


10. Shipping Disclaimer

Delivery times are estimates only.

Delays caused by:

  • Customs clearance
  • Shipping carriers
  • External factors

are not valid reasons for refund or cancellation.
